Sweet Mask turns out to have lived through the assault by Fuhrer Ugly that seemed to kill him. He stumbles onto Pig God, who has slimmed down so drastically that Sweet Mask barely knows him. Each asks why the other is there, and Sweet Mask explains a monster shredded his jeans. Mistaking Pig God's discarded jacket for a tent, he wraps it around his lower half, drawing only indifference. He urges Pig God to move to safety, but the hero refuses to budge until he eats, then starts consuming the corpse of Gums. Unsettled, Sweet Mask simply wishes him well and departs.

Meanwhile, Sage Centipede strains to recover the regeneration core Garou flung skyward. It seizes the core with its antennas, its body stretching from the ground up toward space to show its true length. Garou, having sprinted along its back, leaps higher and shatters the core with a downward blow.

Closing in with a karate chop, Garou remembers his first days at Bang's dojo, when he could not break fifty tiles at once and left a single one intact, a mark of the beginner he had been. The colossal centipede finally falls as the Hero Hunter cleaves it vertically down to the ground, declaring that his fist has at last been perfected.

Sweet Mask is confirmed alive and briefly encounters a slimmed-down Pig God, who eats the corpse of Gums. Sage Centipede reclaims its regeneration core, but Garou destroys it, then splits the monster in half vertically to end the fight, reflecting on his early training under Bang.

This installment carries online numbering under the title Blessing, released on February 24, 2022 within the Monster Association Arc, with no webcomic counterpart. Saitama is featured on the cover.
