Level Up

King goes looking for someone willing to toughen him up, yet nobody buys the idea that he is actually weak, so his requests go nowhere. A stint at the Final Training Ground turns out to be a poor match for him as well. Giving up on training, he heads to Saitama's apartment to play video games.

The Blizzard Group turns up during the visit, and Fubuki once more tries and fails to talk Saitama into joining her ranks. The gathering also gains a new member when Overgrown Rover, won over by a serving of premium beef, settles in as the group's pet.

King fails to convince anyone of his weakness and cannot secure the training he wants, and the Final Training Ground proves unsuitable for him. He instead spends time gaming at Saitama's apartment. Fubuki's renewed pitch for Saitama to join the Blizzard Group is rejected, and Overgrown Rover is tamed with high-quality beef and adopted as the group's pet.

The chapter sits in the Neo Heroes Introduction Arc and adapts material partially from webcomic chapter 111. It marks the debut of Mechatsuyo, while Manako appears only in silhouette. On the cover, the two singularities Saitama is holding closely resemble the black-hole-like portals that Blast is able to open.
