Summary

Flashy Flash and Blast discuss the entity called God as well as Empty Void, who turns out to have once been Blast's partner. Meanwhile, the Hero Association starts testing a method for separating monster cells, chasing a way to reverse human monsterfication, and the early results look encouraging.

Right after this progress, Empty Void strikes the headquarters without warning, but Blast succeeds in holding off the attack.
