Summary

Switching on the news, Saitama learns of a swarm surging toward Z-City rated at the Demon disaster level.
Outside, a looter jeering at the evacuees loses his hat to a gust and is promptly drained to a withered husk by a cloud of mosquitoes. The blood carried back fails to satisfy Mosquito Girl, who spots a shape hidden within her swarm and hurls more insects at it. The figure obliterates them and steps forward as the cyborg Genos, while Saitama, meanwhile, still cannot land a hit on a single mosquito.
