The Super Fight Announcer runs through the tournament's competitors for the crowd. Bakuzan looks forward to beating and perhaps killing Suiryu, while Suiryu cares only about facing Garou, the previous champion. Garou himself has reached Watchdog Plaza and intends to challenge Watchdog Man. Saitama, entered under the name Charanko, chats with Sour Face until Zakos shows up and begins interrogating him, with Sour Face fielding some of the questions. Zakos brings up that Bang was slated to serve as a judge and starts belittling the martial arts master. Sour Face bristles, growing angrier still when Charanko shows no offense at all. Saitama admits he was not following the conversation and simply wants to fight Zakos, adding that his opponent hardly looks strong.

Bang and Bomb press on with their search for Garou. Bomb notices that one of the A-Class heroes they flagged is under attack, and the two rush over. Smile Man is losing badly to Fist Fight Djinn, who brags about his strength before turning on Bang. He never finishes the boast: Bang erupts into a flurry of strikes that shatter every bone in the monster's body. He then tells Bomb to keep looking for Garou before the disciple crosses over into monsterhood.

The tournament field is presented, establishing Bakuzan's grudge against Suiryu and Suiryu's fixation on Garou. Garou arrives at Watchdog Plaza to take on Watchdog Man. Zakos challenges the disguised Saitama and mocks Bang. Bang and Bomb rescue Smile Man from Fist Fight Djinn, with Bang annihilating the monster and urging the continued search for Garou.

The Super Fight Announcer, Sour Face, and Saitama share the cover. The chapter is part of Volume 11 within the Monster Raid Arc and was adapted as part of Episode 17.
