Dark Horse

As Lin Lin and Lightning Max prepare to face off in the ring, Darkness Blade, Dynamite Man, Saturn Man, and Pandaman take on Do-S elsewhere. Do-S seizes three of the heroes and turns them against Dynamite Man, but the Blizzard Group intervenes, drops Darkness Blade, and squares up to her. Do-S's counterstrike is stopped just short by Fubuki, and after a brief exchange the two begin their duel. In the tournament, Lightning Max beats Lin Lin, and Sour Face explains the concept of a reversed seed to the disguised Saitama, unintentionally goading Zakos into issuing a challenge.

The raid spreads. In W-City, Marshall Gorilla overpowers Heavy Kong, while Lightning Genji keeps battling Electric Catfish Man in D-City. Overwhelmed by two monsters and trying to withdraw to call for backup, Lightning Genji is cut off and slammed into a vending machine. In I-City, Hundred-Eyes Octopus consumes a building before Death Gatling, Butterfly DX, and Bone attempt to hit its blind spot, only to be swiftly beaten. In Y-City, Eyesight paralyzes every hero sent against him. The coordinated strikes plunge Hero Association HQ into chaos, and in V-City, Pureblood declares that the Monster Association has miscalculated by underestimating its own kind and overrating humanity.

Do-S mind-controls several heroes before Fubuki and the Blizzard Group arrive to challenge her. Lightning Max wins his tournament match, and Zakos challenges the disguised Saitama. Across the cities, Marshall Gorilla defeats Heavy Kong, Lightning Genji is beaten down, and heroes fall to Hundred-Eyes Octopus and Eyesight, throwing Hero Association HQ into disarray while Pureblood proclaims the raid a success.

Saitama and Genos appear on the online cover. A redraw changed a figure originally shown controlled by Do-S into Saturn Man, with Studless instead depicted fighting Eyesight. The chapter belongs to Volume 11 within the Monster Raid Arc and was adapted within Episode 17.
