Summary
The Hero Association staff review the latest developments. Sitch argues that Garou now warrants a Dragon-level classification, and when some suggest summoning Blast, he reminds them that the hero answers to no one. Narinki vents his anger at the organization, but Sekingar promises the sponsor that his son will be recovered. Sekingar later confers with Superalloy Darkshine, Pig God, and Tatsumaki about the coming operation and about Drive Knight, while Child Emperor labors to pinpoint the enemy's base. Atomic Samurai and his students return to headquarters after a full day of fruitless searching for the hideout, and Sweet Mask arrives voicing his objection to the samurai bringing pupils into the fight. Meanwhile Puri-Puri Prisoner sets out for A-City from Smelly Lid Prison. Child Emperor begs Bofoi to take part in the raid, but the inventor again refuses, to the boy's frustration.
