Disaster Level

After rescuing a food vendor from a monster, Saitama is asked to explain the disaster ranks and cheerfully admits he has no idea, wanting only a baked potato in return. A Tiger-level creature called Black Roast then triggers a citywide warning, but the hero Air ends the threat before it can amount to anything, and the alert is lifted.

Elsewhere the Surly Brothers dispatch a Demon-level foe and receive a Wolf-level report, leading them to the meek-looking Withered Sprout. The creature freezes Angry Man, then Crying Man and Smile Man, after revealing itself as a Dragon-level menace. When it ambushes Saitama and encases him in ice, he shatters the glaciers with no effort and ends the fight with one punch, furious that the attack froze his potato.

Saitama afterward runs into Genos, who is incinerating monster remains and nursing damage from a Demon-level opponent, while Saitama was only ever trying to roast his snack. The chapter walks through the threat classifications, though it stops short of detailing the true power of typical Dragon and God-level dangers.
