Ayako and the others were rescued once Hoichael fetched Zoro. Back home, they said their goodbyes to the swordsman, but when he left still wearing a shirt a baby had soiled and washed, the whole family ended up chasing him through the streets while he, assuming they wanted him to stay, simply kept running.
