Mechanics

To cast it, Venus gathers energy at the tip of her right index finger and lets it out as a beam, much as she does with Crescent Beam. As the light leaves her hand it divides into several beams that all race toward her target at once.

Notable Users

Sailor Venus is the technique's user. She first draws on it in episode 52 against the Cardian Gigaros, who had been sent by Ail and An to drain energy from kindergarteners riding home on their bus. Her ordinary Crescent Beam had proven useless against the creature, but after the Moonlight Knight appeared and urged her to believe in herself, she found the strength to unleash the shower, wearing Gigaros down enough for Sailor Moon to finish it off with Moon Princess Halation. The English dub renamed the move Venus Meteor Shower.
