Overview
This technique is a specialized version of Luna P Change, appearing just once across the animated series during episode 111. On command, Chibi Moon's Luna-P ball converts into a mass of foam meant to douse flames rather than reshape into an everyday object.
Mechanics
Eudial had walled the Inner and Outer Guardians inside a blaze, leaving them on the verge of death from her Fire Buster II assault. Tuxedo Mask rushed Chibi Moon into the danger zone, shielding her beneath his cape, and she sprang the move as a surprise, flooding the fire with foam to save the senshi. Once the flames were quelled, Luna-P shifted back to its usual shape.
