There the chant is her third and last, delivering her Super form through a sequence that mirrors her earlier two, with one clear change: a bow and arrow materializes behind her at the finish rather than her planetary sign. She raises the Crystal Change Rod, a red Mars-marked crystal and a bow and arrow fix onto it, and her fingertips glow bright red. As she turns, ribbons of fire pour from the rod and gather into rings that tighten around her, forming her sailor outfit before she settles into her closing pose.

Rei Hino alone speaks the phrase. In Act 41 she is snared inside a mirror house by PallaPalla and left helpless after Mars Planet Power, Make Up fails her. With Tiger's Eye sent to finish the job, her crows Phobos and Deimos chase him off, take human shape, and hand her the Mars Crystal and the Mars Arrow, restoring her power to reach Super Sailor Mars. She then wipes out Tiger's Eye and the mirror house with Mars Flame Sniper and frees her friends. During the Dream arc's Act 49 she thrusts her hand up and shouts Mars Crystal Power to charge Eternal Sailor Moon's Eternal Tiare, crossing into Eternal Sailor Mars for the first time. She repeats the full phrase to take her Eternal form in Act 50 alongside the other Inner Guardians when Sailor Iron Mouse surfaces, and her final Stars-arc change comes in Act 52 beside Venus, staged in front of the Three Lights to prove the two of them are guardians as well.
