This magical technique makes a single appearance, in the 165th episode of the anime. Its strength draws not only on two guardians but also on the collective dreams of the humans who lend their power to the chant.
Mechanics
When Super Sailor Moon found she could not wield the Golden Crystal, Super Sailor Chibi Moon realized the crystal needed the power of dreams to stir to life. Chibi Moon called on the humans who held beautiful dreams, and together they began to chant the phrase. One final chant let the two guardians shatter the Dead Moon Circus.
