Rather than powering a combat form, this phrase lets Usagi Tsukino hide her true self behind assorted guises using the Disguise Pen. It appears in the printed volumes, the original animated series, and Crystal. The live-action version drops the spoken command entirely, folding the same capability into the Teletia S device that all five guardians carry.

The Disguise Pen supplies the change of appearance whenever Usagi voices the words. In the manga and Crystal she reaches for it repeatedly and adopts a wide array of looks, first putting it to work in the second act when she poses as a doctor to slip inside the Crystal Seminar. Minako has her own parallel command, Crescent Moon Power, Transform, which she pairs with her Compact for comparable disguises during Codename: Sailor V.

Usagi Tsukino is the main user, leaning on the pen often in the animated first season to talk her way into places otherwise off limits, such as boarding a cruise ship without a ticket, before the trick grows rarer in later seasons. Minako also borrows the Disguise Pen off screen to pass herself off as Sailor Moon during the episode The Stolen Pure Heart.
