Moon Tiara Stardust

This technique shows up just once, in the anime's fifth installment, and nowhere else in the series. It reworks Sailor Moon's usual tiara throw into a benevolent effect. Because the episode was dropped from the DiC adaptation, the move survives only in the original Japanese broadcast and the later Viz Media release.

The technique traces Sailor Moon's standard tiara throw right up to its ending, then breaks from it: rather than slamming into a target, the tiara circles overhead and scatters glittering dust. That shimmer reverses the zombie-like state the Chanela inflicts. Luna proposes the approach after Usagi hesitates to use her lethal disc, afraid she might wound her brother Shingo and the other spellbound children.

Sailor Moon is the only one to use it, and it counts as her earliest healing feat, arriving long before Moon Healing Escalation. It was called upon to free Shingo and the other youngsters that Iguara had turned, making a curative version of her signature strike her first act of restoration in the show.
