This energy technique belongs to Sailor Star Healer and turns up wherever she does: the anime, the manga, Crystal, and the stage shows. Most often she needs no item, though certain anime uses funnel it through the Sailor Star Yell.
Mechanics
The strike can be lethal, yet Healer seldom pushed it to full strength in the anime, preferring to wear down a Phage so Eternal Sailor Moon could restore its human form. Two animated variants exist. The earlier one forms a star of light in her right palm, then she raises both arms and looses an electrical burst. The later, more ornate version, built around the Sailor Star Yell, conjures a single large sphere of lightning that she flings at the foe.
Notable Users
Sailor Star Healer alone wields it. Its anime debut in episode 175 struck Sailor Gekisha, while Act 50 of the manga saw it destroy Sailor Iron Mouse. In Sailor Moon Cosmos it again finished Iron Mouse and, combined with Sailor Star Fighter and Sailor Star Maker, pushed back against Sailor Phi and Sailor Chi. On stage it joined Star Serious Laser to eliminate Sailor Phi, Sailor Chi, and Sailor Theta, and it also appears in Fuwa Fuwa Panikku 2.
