Overview
Sailor Star Fighter carries this technique through the print series, the original anime, Sailor Moon Cosmos, and the Sera Myu stage runs. In portions of the anime she performs it with the Sailor Star Yell in hand.
Mechanics
Because the strike could kill a Phage, Fighter never let it reach full power in the anime, choosing instead to weaken enemies so Eternal Sailor Moon could heal them. Three sequences appear across the anime. The first rings her with stars that shoot upward and coalesce around a raised finger before firing. The second repeats that motion with the Sailor Star Yell added. The third, more involved, has the Yell form at her chest, swing overhead, charge, and then loose its blasts.
Notable Users
Sailor Star Fighter is the technique's sole owner. In Act 51 of the manga she teamed it with Star Gentle Uterus to destroy Sailor Aluminum Siren and also turned it on Sailor Tin Nyanko. Its anime debut in episode 173 struck Sailor Buri. Cosmos restages the Aluminum Siren pairing and later joins Maker and Healer against Sailor Phi and Sailor Chi. On stage it opened against a lineup that included Sailor Pewter Fox, Tin Nyanko, and Sailor Iron Mouse, and it also appears in Sailor Stars Fuwa Fuwa Panic 2.
