Mechanics
The opening form sends a heavy surge of energy straight from his palm, enough to slam Sailor Moon down; he later reuses it to rescue Naru by cracking the mask of Zoisite's Youma, Yasha. For the second form he clasps his hands, calls the stars for strength, and fires bursts meant to pin Sailor Moon again. The final form crosses his arms to spin several orbs of light in planet-like circles until they gather enough charge to launch as a short-range beam. Both of the latter two missed, though the power clearly could inflict real damage.
