Twinkle Yell

Twinkle Yell works as a sound-driven command rather than a direct blow. Super Sailor Chibi Moon rings the Crystal Carillon and calls out to Pegasus, asking him to guard the dreams of others. The bell answers by drawing the winged figure into the scene, which sets up the heavy magic that follows.

The ritual begins with the young Guardian kneeling in prayer before she rises and lifts the Crystal Carillon overhead. Its chime is what actually reaches Pegasus. In the Japanese version she pleads with him to protect everyone's dreams before naming the technique. The Cloverway English track renamed the whole thing Crystal Twinkle Bell and reworked the spoken lines, while the later Viz release kept the original title intact. Once Pegasus arrives, his presence usually clears the path for Super Sailor Moon's Moon Gorgeous Meditation, the finisher it feeds into. In one fourth-season episode the summon turns aggressive, with Pegasus's glow throwing the Amazoness Quartet into confusion and pain.

Chibiusa in her Super Sailor Chibi Moon form is the sole user. She first calls on it in Act 39 of the manga, where Pegasus responds by handing both her and Super Sailor Moon the Moon Kaleidoscopes. Several video games, including Various Emotion, recast the summon as a straightforward offensive option, letting Pegasus fire beams of light at opponents after the call. The Amazon Trio repeatedly schemed to exploit the summoning, once trying to cage Pegasus outright, but every attempt collapsed because he had no solid body to imprison.
