Uranus Crystal Power, Make Up

Uranus Crystal Power, Make Up serves as Haruka Tenou's advanced transformation phrase, standing above her earlier Planet Power command. Spoken with the Uranus Crystal in hand, it turns her into Sailor Uranus and appears in the manga, the Crystal series, and the musicals.

At first the phrase brings about her Super form. Later it carries her to the Eternal stage, a step she reaches after boosting Sailor Moon's Holy Moon Chalice with the strength drawn from Miranda Castle. Its earliest use comes in Act 45 of the Dream arc and in the second part of Sailor Moon Eternal, where Haruka simply raises a hand, shouts the words, and instantly becomes Super Sailor Uranus. She transforms this way at the gates of the Dead Moon Circus, arriving with the other Outer Guardians to rescue the Inner Guardians from the Amazoness Quartet. During the Stars arc the Inner Guardians shift to their Eternal forms through their own Crystal Power calls, and Haruka is understood to do the same, though the moment stays off the page.

Haruka Tenou, alone and alongside the other Outer Guardians, is the user of the phrase. In the Amour Eternal musical she speaks it to reach Super Sailor Uranus. A comparable power-driven change, triggered by Hotaru instead, shows up in the opening episode of the anime's fifth season.
