The Blue Bonbon Babies are the blue-tinted set of Bonbon Babies that the fairy Poupelin calls up in the animated feature Sailor Moon SuperS: The Movie, thrown at the Sailor Guardians on Queen Badiane's behalf.
Rendered in blue, these creatures form the color that belongs to Poupelin, one of Queen Badiane's fairy servants. The shade sets them apart from the pink and orange batches fielded by his fellow fairies.
When the Guardians face down Poupelin, he conjures the blue swarm to strike. Their opening blows glance off harmlessly, and once the girls power up they scatter the creatures with little trouble. Badiane later amplifies them so that the Guardians' attacks no longer land, after which the empowered monsters injure Tuxedo Mask and carry off Chibiusa along with the other captured children.
Inside Marzipan Castle, Poupelin sends them out once more against the inner team, but the outer Guardians arrive and overwhelm them. The whole batch vanishes for good the moment Sailor Uranus strikes down Poupelin.
The blue monsters attack in a bouncing swarm and shrug off ordinary hits until their targets transform. Queen Badiane's reinforcement briefly renders them untouchable by the Guardians' powers. Their existence is bound to their summoner, so felling Poupelin erases them at once.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The Blue Bonbon Babies are the blue colored set of Bonbon Babies summoned by the fairy Poupelin in Sailor Moon SuperS: The Movie, sent to attack the Sailor Guardians on Queen Badiane's orders.
The Blue Bonbon Babies are summoned by Poupelin, one of Queen Badiane's fairy servants, whose signature color is blue, setting his creatures apart from the pink and orange Bonbon Babies fielded by the other fairies.
After Queen Badiane amplifies the Blue Bonbon Babies so the Guardians' attacks no longer work, the empowered creatures injure Tuxedo Mask and carry off Chibiusa along with other captured children.
The Blue Bonbon Babies are tied to their summoner Poupelin, so when Sailor Uranus strikes him down inside Marzipan Castle, the entire batch of monsters vanishes at once.
Ordinary hits only stun the Blue Bonbon Babies briefly, and once Queen Badiane reinforces them, the Guardians' attacks stop working on them entirely until Poupelin himself is defeated.
