Gloves, dark high heels, and oversized jeweled earrings round out the ensemble, while her cropped hair keeps to the same washed pale shade. Every duplicate she spawns mirrors this exact styling.

Founde operates through flattery and vanity, presenting herself as a cosmetics specialist so that targets willingly submit to her influence. Her approach is patient and manipulative rather than openly hostile, letting the promise of a glamorous transformation do the work of ensnaring victims before any confrontation begins.

Under the banner of a Fashion Building event billed around heroism, Founde offers customers cosmetic makeovers, and each session secretly conditions the recipient to hunt down Sailor V. To widen the campaign she splits into four duplicates, labeled Liquid, Water, Powder, and Solid, each identical to the original. The scheme collapses during the eventual face-off: Sailor V reaches for Crescent Beam only to find it dead, having neglected to recharge her compact under the moon. Phantom Ace arrives at that moment, shielding the heroine and wiping out Founde together with her copies using Delicious Four-Card Shot.
