History
Fuyumi is a trained swordswoman and the mother of Miharu Akiyama, herself a swordswoman in training. Her mistreatment eventually drives Miharu to flee and train on her own, and it is during that period away that the girl crosses paths with Tiger's Eye. By the close of the episode Miharu manages to best her mother in combat, an outcome she takes as finally winning the respect and affection she had craved, after which the two return home together.
