Germatoid is the most powerful Daimon and the concealed leader of the Death Busters in the Sailor Moon S anime. Living inside Professor Souichi Tomoe, he directs the enemy's plans from the shadows until the Outer Guardians finally drag him into the open.
In his genuine form Germatoid looms as an enormous plant-like Daimon, its face echoing the shadowed features of Professor Tomoe and its single eye matching Tomoe's right one. When he inhabits his manufactured humanoid shells, that same eye and mouth carry over, but the bodies turn oddly stretchy, rubbery, and soft, almost marshmallow-like in how they deform.
Germatoid is a calculating manipulator who works entirely through others. He bargains his way into Tomoe's body with a promise of survival, then rules the Death Busters without ever revealing himself, content to let Kaolinite, the Witches 5, and Mistress 9 serve as his visible face. Only when cornered does he step forward to fight directly, and even then he leans on deception and duplication to stay alive.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The possession begins during one of Professor Tomoe's experiments: as he studies a distant galaxy, Germatoid triggers a laboratory blast that nearly kills Tomoe and his daughter Hotaru, then slips into the professor through his right eye after pledging to keep them both alive. Hotaru is subsequently marked as the vessel for Mistress 9, the Messiah of Silence. In the series' one-hundred-twenty-fourth episode, Mistress 9 sends him against Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, and there he abandons Tomoe's body to reveal himself. Uranus scatters him with World Shaking, yet his essence endures by fleeing into a set of artificial bodies. When the Guardians' attacks simply rebound off him and his copies, Sailor Pluto conjures the talismans into view, and Neptune's Deep Aqua Mirror renders every duplicate transparent except the one holding his true mind and core. Uranus drives her Space Sword into that body's face, shattering it and destroying his Daimon egg, which shuts down the remaining shells. With Germatoid gone, Souichi Tomoe is at last released from the creature's grip.
