Mimete

Her design carries over from the manga. Day to day she is wrapped in a yellow long-sleeved coat, her eyes hidden behind big round red glasses, with a red shawl draped over her head and white gloves on her hands.

The anime fleshes her out into a spiteful schemer. She nurses an open grudge against Eudial, undermining her plans at every turn and pulling nasty pranks on her. Men are a fixation of hers as well, which is why so many of the targets she picks are male. Her name derives from mimetite, a yellow-orange mineral, while the kanji of her alias play on feather and freshness alongside a character meaning beauty.

Her first clear appearance comes when Eudial overhears her boasting that Professor Tomoe may want her as Eudial's replacement, and she has already been sabotaging her rival with snails in her locker and tacks in her shoes. On the island where Eudial goes searching for genuine Pure Hearts, Mimete slips snails into the car and severs the brakes, so that when Eudial speeds off after her defeat, the failed brakes send her over a cliff to her death. Tomoe next sends Mimete after Yoshiki Kurebayashi, a celebrated rose-growing botanist she finds hideous, and she visits his greenhouse before unleashing the Daimon U-Bara on him. Once Uchoten is destroyed and Tomoe means to pass the next job to Tellu, Mimete eavesdrops, uses a voice imitator to mimic Tomoe, and tells Tellu the project is off. She hijacks the assignment and sends out the Daimon U-Pasokon, whom Sailor Moon destroys, then commandeers Eudial's Witches Electric Warp to project herself onto a giant television screen and swell in size and power. Tellu, who has uncovered the theft, appears and explains that Eudial never dared use the device, because pulling its plug while someone is inside traps them there for good. Tellu yanks the plug, sealing Mimete in an endless cyberspace prison, and she is finally killed when Pharaoh 90 razes Mugen Academy along with the machine.
