History

After Zoisite learns that Nephrite has fallen for Naru Osaka and may have turned on the Dark Kingdom, he dispatches the sisters to abduct the girl as bait, betting that Nephrite will rush to rescue her and give them their opening. He does come, having just realized Usagi is Sailor Moon, and thrashes them, nearly finishing Grape with a sword. The sisters catch up to the pair again, and Grape drives thorns into Nephrite's shoulder, leaving some buried in the wound, while Housenka rains fireballs down on them. Nephrite shields Naru and absorbs the blast, already dying from the poison thorns. Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Mars arrive before the killing blow; Mercury's Shabon Spray fogs the field and scatters Housenka's aim, and the combined Moon Tiara Action and Fire Soul wipe out all three. It comes too late for Nephrite, who succumbs to his injuries.

Abilities

Each sister fights with her own weapon. Grape looses lethal thorns from her hands, Housenka hurls fireballs, and Suzuran sends out sonic waves. In truth only Grape's thorns deal Nephrite his fatal wound, so despite the group's shared reputation she alone is his killer.
