History

Ptilol and Cyprine first surface in the anime's one-hundred-twenty-third episode, declaring themselves the strongest witches of all. They live up to the claim: whenever one soaked up an incoming attack, the other answered with a strike of her own, and every blow absorbed through their magic staves fed their power higher, which made the fight brutal for the Guardians. The Senshi found the only way through by baiting the sisters into loosing their attacks at each other. On her own, Ptilol fights by firing red energy bolts from her staff.
