Crimson Rubeus is a Black Moon Clan operative from the planet Nemesis and the commander of the Spectre Sisters in the Sailor Moon R anime. Sent back through time to seize Chibiusa and the Silver Crystal, he plots to undo Crystal Tokyo before his own allies cast him aside.
Vivid red hair, teased upward into the shape of a flame, tops a face with matching red eyes and the black, upside-down crescent of his clan on the brow. His wardrobe pairs a brown leather vest with camouflage-patterned trousers and laced black boots, finished by a stone-pendant necklace and the clan's dark crystal earrings. The Materials Collection notes that his skin runs a shade darker than Saphir's or Demande's. He carries a jacket cut from the same camo cloth as his pants, yet is never once shown actually wearing it.
Rubeus travels back from the future by spaceship to track down Chibiusa, who has also slipped into the past. He dispatches the four Spectre Sisters on repeated missions to locate her, secure the Silver Crystal, and kill Sailor Moon. He is likewise charged with corrupting present-day sites destined to become the Crystal Points of Crystal Tokyo, the plan being to drop the barrier around the city, though the Sisters never manage to taint a single point thanks to the Guardians. Once Sailor Moon heals the Sisters, Rubeus plays his last card and moves to grab Chibiusa, only to snare the other Guardians instead. Sailor Moon and Chibiusa come to him alone to win their friends back, and he uses the moment to fight. He carries the pair into space aboard his ship, working a power amplifier to bend its gravity and grant himself extra strength. Sailor Moon startles him by standing firm at maximum gravity while Chibiusa moves to wreck the amplifier. As the device breaks and Sailor Moon strikes, the ship malfunctions and begins to tear itself apart. Willing to die if it means dragging the Guardians down with him, Rubeus is foiled when they teleport clear with Chibiusa. Esmeraude then appears, mocks him as he once treated the Sisters, refuses his plea for a ride to the future, and leaves him to perish as the ship explodes, later hiding the truth of his death from Prince Demande.
He can fly, teleport, and loose potent beams and blasts of dark energy. He also throws explosive seed bombs, of which he seems to hold a near-endless supply, powerful enough to come close to killing Sailor Moon. His UFO grants further tricks, from bending gravity to conjuring cross-shaped bindings that pin the Guardians, and he can even command the craft to self-destruct. A capable strategist, he directs the campaign over Juuban with heavy backing from Wiseman. Once his power-modification crystal is broken, however, he is left markedly weaker, easily slammed into a wall by Moon Princess Halation.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
