Ruruna Kobe is a classmate and friend of Chibiusa in the Sailor Moon manga, featured in a Chibiusa's Picture Diary short from Volume 17. A trend-chasing girl fixated on a made-up designer label, she plays at being a hero beside her friend Naruru Osaka.
Decked out in her cosplay, Ruruna wears a pink ensemble of a bra, shorts, a sailor collar, and heels, with a bow of black ribbon repeated on her belt and bra strap. Her hair, a paler pink than the outfit, is gathered into two low ponytails held by flower bands, and her eyes are pink to match. She finishes the look with pink nails, sometimes adding bracelets and a set of angel wings. Her costume closely mirrors Naruru's, differing only in color and in that Naruru wears a skirt.
Ruruna comes across as a scatterbrained, fashion-minded girl who peppers her speech with slang, to Hotaru's clear annoyance, and she shares a class with Chibiusa. Her passion is collecting everything from Channel, an invented brand she says was founded in Paris in 1909 by Gabrielle Natade. Fans tend to spell it Chanel after the real label, but the manga renders it in Roman letters as Channel.
She and Naruru Osaka lead Chibiusa and Hotaru to the Hammer Price Shrine, a neighborhood pawnshop. Naruru walks out with an Eternal Sailor Moon costume while Ruruna picks up a Sailor Mercury one. When greedy developers move to level the shop, the two girls suit up as Sailor Guardians to take them on, even launching a move they dub the Super White Kick. Matters spin out of control as an old spirit named Otakura rises from the wrecked storehouse. A whirl of air begins dragging the pair toward it, but a net catches them and pulls them clear, thrown by Makoto Hanmatsuura, the pawnshop's owner, who has donned a cape and mask under the name Debutcho Kamen, or Chubby Mask. Eternal Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon finish off the spirit and everything settles back to normal. Ruruna is a manga-only figure and never turns up in the anime.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
