CharacterSailor Artist is a clay-bodied Phage from the 1990s Sailor Moon anime, made when Sailor Aluminum Siren removed the Star Seed of the man Kengo Ibuki. Fans nickname him after the phrase he shrieks in battle, a monster who oddly acts on his own rather than his mistress's orders.

He resembles a walking mound of clay, his face broken by red eyes and a fanged mouth.
History
Born from Kengo Ibuki after Sailor Aluminum Siren claimed his Star Seed, the creature was never given a proper name in the series, so viewers took to calling him Shippai Sakuda, the cry he repeated in battle, meaning roughly "it's a failed work." Unusually, he went on the attack of his own accord instead of waiting on Siren's command, and he held onto a flicker of his old self. He was eventually purified by Eternal Sailor Moon's Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.
