Scar

At first Scar hides beneath an enormous blue cloak that drapes over nearly her whole frame, showing only her hands and, when she bolts, her legs. A mask completes the disguise, topped with matted brown hair and set with weeping red eyes above a fanged red mouth. The covering falls away in battle to expose lavender-toned skin and a short red dress. When Haruka pitches a rock and dislodges the mask, her true head is revealed: long, wavy green hair, heavy brows, blue eyes, and ears that taper to points.

Scar fights by lashing scarf-shaped extensions of her body around whoever she targets, a fitting weapon given the cloth motif behind her design. Her name plays on suka, a clipped form of the Japanese rendering of the word scarf.

Kaolinite engineered Scar by dropping a Daimon pod into Haruka Tenou's scarf, tasking the creature with drawing out Makoto's Pure Heart. Scar succeeds in extracting the crystal, and the assembled Guardians cannot stop her until Sailor Neptune's strike finally halts the attack and sends the heart back to its owner. Freed, Makoto changes into Sailor Jupiter and lands Sparkling Wide Pressure on the monster, after which Sailor Moon finishes her off with Moon Spiral Heart Attack.
