History

The summoning came at the cultural festival held by T-A Girls' Academy, once Sakurako Ougi had talked the students into an alien theme for the fashion show and the crowd's energy had climbed. Siren's powder put the whole audience to sleep, the Sailor Guardians alone slipping clear. She wrapped her hair around Rei to siphon her energy, but the others intervened; Rei became Sailor Mars and struck with Fire Soul, which proved too weak to fell the Cardian. The Moonlight Knight then arrived and halted her next attack. After her tail knocked aside the music Rei had worked so hard on, a furious Rei unlocked a fresh move, Fire Soul Bird, hurting Siren and restoring her drained teammates. Sailor Moon finished the Cardian off with Moon Princess Halation.

Abilities

As a pink-haired mermaid, she could lengthen her hair to coil around and squeeze foes, pulling the energy out of them. Beyond that she fired water from her mouth, took flight, and released a sleep-inducing pollen that felled anyone it brushed against. In the Japanese version she managed only to echo her own name, while the DiC dub let her speak.
