Zeta

Appearing only within the manga and absent from every animated version, Zeta is what a weaver star looks like given human form. No close description of her body is provided in the source, but she is consistently shown at the side of her fellow star, Epsilon.

Scheming and dishonest, she poisons the marriage of another star to advance her own aims. Zeta rarely acts in the open, choosing instead to murmur falsehoods and nudge others toward wrongdoing, steering a betrayed wife toward theft and spite while keeping herself out of view.

Working together, Zeta and Epsilon persuade a third weaver star named Shokujo that her husband Kengyu has grown cold toward her, insisting he cares only for girls who are younger and lovelier. Under their influence, Shokujo hawks watches stamped with Sailor Moon's image to youngsters throughout Azabu-Juban, then dons a Sailor Moon disguise and lures the children to Ichinohashi Park. Sailor Chibi Moon unmasks the counterfeit, yet the two stars keep goading Shokujo to seize the kids' energy, dangling the promise that it will swell her own power. It is Diana who pins down who the pair really are, and Pink Sugar Heart Attack from Sailor Chibi Moon finishes them off.
