Beast Hand

Beast Hand names a grotesque ability that servants of the Black Moon gained once Death Phantom lent them a share of his corrupting strength. Rather than firing a projectile, it changes the wielder's own body into the weapon, warping their hands into brutal instruments of violence. The power belongs to the manga continuity and its faithful adaptation in Sailor Moon Crystal.

When invoked, the hands of the user contort into distorted, beastlike forms. These reshaped limbs serve a purely offensive role, letting their owner tear into a target through direct physical contact rather than any ranged blast. The effect makes something as ordinary as a grasping hand into a source of real bodily harm.

Both Saphir and Esmeraude call on Beast Hand after Death Phantom empowers them, a shared trait that ties them to his influence. Esmeraude also performs a comparable move in the stage musicals, though there the version she uses is never given a formal name.
