Worn in the live-action series, this tiara belonged to Princess Sailor Venus during the stretch when Minako masqueraded as the Moon Princess. Function
The tiara existed to prop up a lie, convincing everyone watching that Minako was the true princess and that the Silver Crystal sat within her crown.
