Mounted atop the Garnet Rod, the orb anchors Sailor Pluto's weapon and channels Dead Scream. Beyond that strike it grants command over the flow of space-time, the ability to travel through time, and even the forbidden freezing of all time, and it powers attacks such as Garnet Ball and Chronos Typhoon. When Galaxia takes control of Pluto, it can also fire the Galactica Cannon.
