The Nanocuff is a wrist-worn device belonging to Viluy that turns up in every version of Sailor Moon. In the animated story it commands her swarm of nanobots, feeding a supercomputer that harvests Pure Hearts and launching the microscopic machines as a devouring weapon.
Fastened to Viluy's arm, the cuff serves as the control hub for her nanomachine technology throughout her appearances. In the anime she pairs it with a supercomputer, siphoning the Pure Heart Crystals of unsuspecting students by way of their terminals. The same device lets her turn the tiny robots loose on any target she chooses.
Directing the cuff, Viluy fires her signature Mosaic Buster, sending the nanobots to gnaw through a victim's body until only the crystal heart remains. Her downfall comes when she brings the technique to bear against the guardians. Sailor Moon manages to damage the cuff mid-battle, and the next time Viluy tries to trigger the swarm, the machines round on her instead. They tear apart the cuff, wreck the supercomputer, free the captured hearts, and consume Viluy herself, leaving the ruined band behind for a moment before it crumbles into dust.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
