Stick

The Stick is a rod that Petz wields in an episode of Sailor Moon R. Its material came from the Malefic Black Crystal, and the sphere crowning the rod holds the same jewel that appears whenever a Droid is destroyed. Rubeus received the weapon from Wiseman and passed it along to Petz, telling her it would boost her strength enough to finish off the Sailor Guardians as well as the two sisters who had abandoned the Black Moon Clan. His real aim was darker: he wanted the rod to consume all four Spectre Sisters together with the Guardians.

The rod could inflate a user's power roughly tenfold, but it swelled their inner darkness by the same measure. Petz's bitter feelings grew so overwhelming that she turned on her own sister Calaveras, and that fury only broke once the weapon left her grip. Beyond amplification, the Stick could rip open dimensional tears. During the fight, Sailor Mercury turned to her Super Computer and worked out that the rod itself was behind Petz's surge in strength. Sailor Venus then used Venus Love-Me Chain to strike it from Petz's hand, at which point Rubeus stepped in and revealed its full menace, tearing open a black hole meant to swallow everything around it. Petz's attempt to smash the rod with Dark Power failed. The Guardians leapt into the rift and unleashed Sailor Planet Power to shatter it, which sealed the void.

Petz is the sole wielder of the Stick, employing it to launch the attack known as Dark Thunder. The label "Black Moon Stick" is only a fan coinage, since no official source ever named it anything but Stick, while the DiC English dub referred to it as the NegaMoon Strove. Petz also proved she could fire an unnamed lightning strike and Dark Power without the rod in hand.
