The Sword of Sealing is the shape taken by Chibi Chibi, also known as the Light of Hope, in the closing episode of the anime once she had brought Sailor Moon back. It is a sizable blade, wide across its edge, with a pair of red jewels fixed into the hilt. Viz Media's English dub retitled the weapon the Sword of Galaxia.
Function
Urged to raise the blade and restore calm to the galaxy, Sailor Galaxia struck first, and Princess Serenity faltered. Serenity seized the weapon, and the act granted her working wings so she could fight back. Galaxia lunged once more, but Serenity slipped aside and her foe crashed to the ground. Convinced she was about to be locked away by the sword's power, Galaxia gave herself over fully and rose again as Chaos Galaxia. The Light of Hope pressed Serenity to strike, and though she hesitated a second time, unwilling to wound her enemy, she drove the blade in purely to defend herself. Galaxia then smashed the sword apart with her own weapon, and it collapsed back into Sailor Chibi Chibi before she vanished.

Princess Serenity is the only one to wield the Sword of Sealing, turning it on Chaos Galaxia in the series' final confrontation. The blade is inseparable from Chibi Chibi and the Light of Hope, since it is simply the form they assumed to arm Serenity for that last stand.
