Act 51 Stars 2 sends the Three Lights into Juban High School and drops a mysterious tiny child into the Tsukino home, while a new enemy of the Shadow Galactica surfaces in this second chapter of the Stars arc.
The three idols of the Three Lights enroll at Juban High School, throwing their admirers into a frenzy and rattling a few of the Guardians. At the same time a small child known as Chibi Chibi quietly settles into the Tsukino household. Naoko Takeuchi wrote and illustrated this second chapter of the Stars arc.
The chapter brings the first appearance of several figures central to the unfolding conflict. Chibi Chibi debuts, as does the silent Princess Kakyuu and the enemy Sailor Aluminum Siren, who serves as the installment's featured foe. The Three Lights reveal their transformation calls of Fighter Star Power, Maker Star Power, and Healer Star Power, and fresh techniques emerge in Galactica Tsunami, Star Serious Laser, and Star Gentle Uterus. Kakyuu's incense burner also turns up for the first time.
A quirk of the English Mixx release stems from this chapter's naming scene. In the original Japanese, Chibi Chibi acquires her name after overhearing Ikuko speak Chibiusa's name, which is printed in Roman letters on a mug. Because the Mixx edition had renamed Chibiusa as Rini yet kept both the mug and Ikuko's use of the Japanese name so the moment would still track, then switched back to Rini with no explanation, many readers came away puzzled.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
