Act 53 Stars 4 restores Usagi's lost memories after Sailor Lead Crow moves against Phobos and Deimos, opening her first real exchange with the Starlights as the Outer Guardians brace for an unstable future.
When Sailor Lead Crow makes her move against Phobos and Deimos, Usagi's forgotten memories return and she at last speaks with the Sailor Starlights. With the future growing unstable, the Outer Guardians begin devising a plan of their own. Naoko Takeuchi wrote and drew this fourth chapter of the Stars arc.
Sailor Lead Crow's strike against Phobos and Deimos sets the chapter in motion and jars loose the truth Usagi had buried, leading her into conversation with the Starlights.
