Chibiusa's first days at elementary school bring new friends and one very unsettling classmate. The beautiful transfer student Lilica turns out to be a vampire, and only a garlic-armed Chibiusa, Sailor Moon, and Sailor V stand between her and a very hungry family.
Opening the Chibiusa's Picture Diary run of short stories in the manga, this chapter was written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi. As Chibiusa settles into her first days at elementary school she befriends classmates Momo and Kyuuske, yet senses that something is deeply wrong about a fellow newcomer, Lilica. When she and her friends drop by Lilica's home, they uncover a nest of vampires and are rescued by Sailor Moon and Sailor V.
Set around the start of the Black Moon arc, the tale finds Chibiusa introducing herself to a giggling class under the name Usagi Tsukino before warming to the kind Momoko and the teasing Kyuusuke, whose Sailor V badge catches her eye. Her attention drifts to another transfer, the striking Lilica Hubert, daughter of an ambassador, who fakes dizziness to slip off early with a smitten boy. That evening Chibiusa fills in her assigned picture diary, and the Tsukino family marvels that anyone from Lilica's country would settle into the run-down embassy nearby.
Boys who walk home with Lilica keep vanishing, and she is later caught nibbling flowers in the school garden, leading Makoto and Ami to conclude she is a vampire with the telltale fondness for blossoms. Over a garlic-heavy dinner the girls trade vampire lore, and the next morning Chibiusa, Momoko, Kyuusuke, and Sorano are sent to deliver schoolwork to the embassy, its yard thick with flowers and gravestones. Lilica's mother greets them, recoiling at Chibiusa's garlic breath, and waves off their worries while offering what she calls sugar flowers.
After the group heads out, they realize Momoko stayed behind, and Chibiusa returns to find the mother draining her friend's blood as Lilica rises from a coffin to join the hunt. Usagi and Minako spot the chaos, and at Kyuusuke's cry for help they arrive as Sailor Moon and Sailor V; Venus halts the vampires with a Crescent Boomerang, the pair land a Double Sailor Kick on the mother, and Chibiusa fends off Lilica with a Garlic Attack before Moon Princess Halation reduces Lilica to a fading flower. The heroes vanish before anyone can thank them, and the following day a downcast Momoko notes that Lilica transferred away without a goodbye, while Kyuusuke cheers Chibiusa with a homemade Sailor Moon badge. This chapter gives Sailor V her first genuine appearance in the manga and debuts Momoko, Kyuusuke, Lilica, Sorano, Juban Public Elementary School, and the Double Sailor Kick and Garlic Attack techniques. A SuperS special, The Vampire Mansion of Terror, draws on the story; Chibiusa daydreams a caped 'Sailor Chibi Usa Moon' version of herself, and Makoto appears with a chocolate cigarette, a nod to her once being meant to smoke.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
