Summary

The public buzzes over the identity of a masked figure known as Phantom Ace while a rising star leaves Minako slacking on her Sailor V responsibilities. Key Events

On the boutique's upper floor, free gifts are handed out and four women there fall under Fande's mind control. At a live shoot for Ace Kaito, Minako crosses paths with the Superintendent, then changes into Sailor V and meets Ace Kaito, only for the brainwashed women to launch an attack. Discouraged, she decides she no longer wants the Sailor V role, and the Superintendent watches her duck behind a vending machine to slip back into her civilian self. With her compact disabled, Ace Kaito steps in to rescue the situation. The twist reveals that Minako has merely been watching a staged action drama pitting Sailor V against Ace Kaito.
