Shiho Niiyama
Voice ActorBorn in Ikoma, Nara Prefecture, in 1970, Shiho Niiyama was a Japanese voice actor active from 1992 to 1998 before her death in 2000. In Sailor Moon she voices Kou Seiya, also known as Sailor Star Fighter, and Fuyumi Akiyama.
