Benjamin Diskin

Diskin plays Gurio Umino, Usagi's bespectacled, trivia-obsessed classmate who serves as comic relief throughout much of the early Sailor Moon story. The role is one of three separate parts he has taken on within the franchise's English dub.

Diskin is perhaps best recognized for playing the Beebo doll on The CW's DC's Legends of Tomorrow, a role that brought him mainstream live-action recognition. This sits alongside his usual voice acting work in anime and games.

Diskin voices Fiore, an alien with a childhood bond to Mamoru Chiba who returns to Earth harboring a dangerous, jealous devotion to him in the first Sailor Moon film. He also plays Vampir, one of the show's recurring monster-of-the-week villains.

Diskin has voiced characters across animation, anime dubs, and video games since the late 1980s, more than three decades of work. His filmography spans numerous English-dubbed anime and game productions built up over that span.

Within the same English dub cast, Diskin moves between comic-relief classmate, movie antagonist, and monster of the week. That range across such different parts reflects the versatility he brings to English-dub casting.
