When one applicant erupted over being assigned a spatula as his weapon, she stripped it from him and opened his throat with it, her face never changing. Beaten later by Mafuyu, she took the loss gracefully enough to compliment him even while expecting to die, and she rattled off his applicant number from memory, a recall sharper than the instructors who lean on their printed lists.
History
Posing as a courteous, warm flight attendant, Mizuno drops the pleasant front the instant the examination starts and lays out the rules. She then squares off against Mafuyu and loses, only to be pulled clear by Shin at the very moment he reminds himself that killing the examiners is permitted. When Kanaguri tears a hole in the aircraft, a fellow administrator carries her out and parachutes them both to safety. Trouble finds her again once Gaku hijacks Shinaya to derail the test, and she is knocked unconscious in the chaos.
