Natsuki Seba

Lean and standing tall, Natsuki carries a pale complexion and a pair of black eyes marked by small moles arranged unevenly beneath them, two under the right and one under the left. His dark, shaggy hair hangs to a middling length, its overlong bangs draping across his forehead with a couple of strands crossing between his eyes. Across his appearances he favors a high-collared jacket that grants invisibility, worn over a dark shirt and black trousers, its styling and patches shifting as his story moves forward.

Natsuki drifts through life with a laid-back, almost indifferent air, sounding equally unbothered on a critical mission or when reporting to a superior. He speaks plainly and honestly, even when the truth might anger someone dangerous. Beneath the apathy sits a solid work ethic and a knack for planning ahead; he dreams of banking enough money to retire early and dislikes stepping away from an unfinished job. What truly moves him is his younger brother Mafuyu, whom he sheltered from their cruel father and equipped with training gadgets, once agreeing to be shipped off to the notorious Al-Kamar Orphanage in exchange for the boy's safety, and later throwing himself into the hunt after Mafuyu was abducted.

Natsuki's defining gift is invention. From childhood he built his brother's bladed footwear and countless training tools, and his craftsmanship at the JCC outstrips that of his peers, its crowning achievement being the invisibility suit that hides its wearer from sight. He is no slouch in a fight either, having traded blows with Shin Asakura and Heisuke and even stabbing Shin more than once while cloaked. His senses run razor-sharp, letting him detect a difference as slight as a single chip in weight between rigged and ordinary Glocks. Among his gadgets is a compact liquid nitrogen bomb that erupts into a freezing blast, briefly locking targets in place at the cost of a two-day cooldown.
