Summary

Hoping to give his crew real time off and keep his family out of danger, Sakamoto sets a goal of turning the local shopping district into the calmest one around, framing a round of renovations as the way there. His first step is a delivery service that would spread the word about the store being safe and untroubled. Shin likes the plan but points out they own no bikes and have no cash, and when Sakamoto suggests simply sprinting the packages himself, Shin notes he is the only person who could. Lu then charges in waving a flyer for the Ikorai Hills cleanup contest, whose grand prize is a gift certificate worth three hundred thousand yen. Since only two-person teams may enter, Sakamoto and Shin sign up to raise the funds.

The moment the contest starts, a rival pair calling themselves the Certificate Hunters lob a juice bottle to stain their clothes, but Sakamoto sorts the garbage while twisting clear of it midair, and one glare from Shin scares the pair into dropping out. Picking up a stray thought, Shin locates Heisuke snared in a net of already-gathered refuse and pulls him loose. Heisuke insists on repaying the favor, spots the armband marking Shin as a competitor, and fires his airsoft gun in gratitude; a ricochet knocks a can into Shin's bag, which Heisuke calls a freebie.

Watching from a distance, Kashima and Uzuki reveal they planted Heisuke to gauge the store's power without exposing their own. Heisuke keeps swiping litter just before the duo can grab it, bragging that a whole house rides on the prize. Realizing his opponent thrives by exploiting the surroundings, Sakamoto swings a broom hard enough to spin up a small tornado that lifts bystanders and trash together, letting Shin snatch the airborne litter in one sweep. The effort slims Sakamoto down so drastically that the announcer refuses to credit him. Shin's own haul still wins the contest, though the prize money must cover the tornado damage. Sakamoto hands the new delivery role to Heisuke, and when a knife order arrives he tells him to carry that one out in person.
