Episode 11

Anya's report card shows failures across the board, and study sessions at home collapse into tantrums. Loid learns her idiom test went wrong because she copied from the mind of a classmate who was also failing, and he privately rules out doctoring her school records, since unearned success would invite suspicion and her classmates' resentment. Attempts to surface a talent in drawing, music, and sports all crash, while Sylvia's words hang over him: WISE hopes for eight Stella Stars within four months.

Loid pivots to community service, taking Anya to a hospital where Stellas can also reward sustained volunteering or heroic acts. She shatters flowerpots, reads manga instead of shelving books, and barges toward a surgery room until a nurse throws them both out. As they leave in defeat, a young patient named Ken falls into the hospital pool with nobody watching. Only Anya hears his drowning thoughts, and rather than expose her power she sprints off claiming she wants to be a pro swimmer, diving in after him despite being unable to swim herself. Loid pulls them both out, and the rescue wins Anya her grade's first Stella Star.

The award cuts both ways at school. Becky celebrates, Damian seethes, and jealous classmates whisper that the whole rescue was staged, driving Anya to tears until Damian, defending Eden's integrity rather than her, shuts the gossip down while privately stung by his loss. Meeting Loid in disguise on a subway car, Sylvia floats planting agents to manufacture more stars, but he refuses as too suspicious; Desmond's recent financial maneuvering makes haste essential anyway. As her reward Anya asks for a dog, sending Yor into grim visions of hounds attacking children. Loid agrees to browse a pet shop that weekend, while elsewhere traffickers prepare to sell captive dogs to revolutionaries as living bombs, and one great white dog stirs at a vision of the Forgers smiling at him.

The episode adapts Chapters 16 and 17 under Toshifumi Akai's storyboard and direction, with a screenplay by Rino Yamazaki. It aired June 18, 2022 in Japan and July 2 in English.

Additions unique to the anime include Yor flipping on the living room lights, Loid catching Anya as she bolts, two extra failed hospital chores involving a food tray and laundry, and an expanded world-peace daydream for Anya. Yor's imagined dog attacks trade the manga's blood for pink flash effects, likely for censorship, and Wiesel's bow shifts from pink to red.
