A steamy scene from the TV drama Berlint in Love sends Becky's eyes to a framed photo of the Forgers, and within the hour she is at their door, chaperoned by a disapproving Martha, secretly planning to confess to Loid. One warm smile from him flattens her, reminding Anya of a certain lovestruck WISE agent. Touring the modest apartment mostly bewilders the heiress, whose dog enjoys a bigger house than Anya's room, but her fantasy of becoming the next Mrs. Forger comes with imagined riches persuasive enough that a mind-reading Anya signs on to help. Loid, for his part, treats the visit as an intel opportunity and steers conversation toward Becky's father, which Becky misreads as personal interest.

Her drama-honed tactics, hair flips, rivalry stares at Yor, and finally a faked tipsy collapse against Loid's arm, all misfire. Yor, horrified that she may have somehow served the girl alcohol, scoops Becky up and sprints for a hospital, mid-route tossing her skyward to absorb a car collision herself before catching her again. Becky confesses the whole scheme, and instead of anger gets simple relief that she is unhurt. Asked why Loid married her, Yor recalls only his words about her strength, which Becky takes at face value; after watching Yor demolish a strongman game with one swing, she concludes Loid loves powerful women and begs for combat training. The day ends with Martha staring at her young charge learning to throw punches.

The anime-original second half rewinds to the eve of Loid's cruise, when Fiona volunteers for an urgent mission meant for him and executes it flawlessly, still resolved to claim the role of Twilight's wife. Stung by her earlier defeat against Yor, she disappears into the wooded mountains to train against bears. After Loid returns, the two trade patient files at Berlint General Hospital and mutual claims that nothing much happened. Learning from Sylvia what Fiona did for him, Loid hands her his spare souvenirs; she accepts them with a terrifying glare, then skips through the corridors in secret bliss.

Becky develops a full crush on Loid and mounts a confession campaign at the Forger home, with Anya aiding after glimpsing the perks in Becky's imagination. Yor's hospital dash, complete with mid-traffic catch, ends the charade, and her forgiveness deepens the bond between them. Becky reinterprets the marriage as strength-based and starts training under Yor. In the anime-original segment, Fiona completes Twilight's mission solo, begins mountain training to surpass Yor, and receives souvenirs from Loid that send her into hidden rapture.

The first half adapts Chapter 59, placing its events ahead of Chapter 58 in the anime's running order. "Nightfall's Daily Life" is an anime-exclusive story, and it sneaks in hospital director Gerald Gorey watching Fiona from around a corner long before his manga debut in Chapter 67.
